The MTS™ DOC™ System is a desktop publishing system that uses a combination of off-the-shelf software products that have been tailored to create the training workbooks produced in the MTS™ Management & Training System. 

This software provides for tracking of demonstrated ability at the job task level of detail. It is the computerized version of Learning Program Controls (LPC), the MTS™ way of analyzing, organizing, documenting and managing performance and skills. 

CorKnET™ evaluates core knowledge of workers in skilled jobs. Core knowledge is an easy-to-assess indicator of training needs. The evaluation is conducted by asking a series of questions. Results are evaluated to determine strengths and weaknesses of individuals and groups.
