Meta Strategies in , ON, Canada

An Introduction A few months ago, I met with a colleague to discuss the re-development of her non-profit agency's web site and devise strategies for community based online collaboration.

Foundations are changing the way they do business. The needs of donors, grant seekers and the community at large have changed, and foundations have had to react accordingly. 

Strategy means different things to everyone. We understand strategy to be the development of an overall approach that helps a group or organization to achieve its desired outcomes. We see strategy development as an important phase in any work. 

Liz's role on the team is primarily to lead the strategy development process for the organization's online presence. Her knowledge of networks and emergent processes inform her session process planning and facilitation.
