DT-Open Layers for .NET Class Library is a collection of classes, methods, properties, and events that provides a programming interface for DT-Open Layers-compatible hardware devices. It can be used from any language that conforms to the Common Language Specification (CLS), including Visual Basic. 

Functional testing serves to emulate the actual operation of the product to be tested. Functional tests are usually conducted using a custom designed test fixture. A test fixture and test procedure are generally provided by the customer but may also be developed by Data Translation.
